El Gallito" (rooster) is so much of a part of the Latino culture in the Caribbean, Central and South America that Ben decided to separate it from the "Cuban Series".  "The Gallito" is considered as an earth symbol bringing one back to the roots of the farm where roosters crow at the crack of dawn, hens lay their eggs and raise little chicks and families would gather and share special moments.
